Day 1 Oslo
Transfer from Oslo airport to your hotel. (D)
Day 2 Oslo - Ulvik
Depart Oslo and travel via Honefoss and the Halling Valley to the resort town of Geilo. Cross the Hardanger Mountain Plateau to Fossli, stopping to view the thundering Voringsfoss. Descend via the Mabodal Canyon to the idyllic Hardanger Fjord for a short ferry crossing and a drive around the picturesque fjord to Ulvik. (BD)
Day 3 Ulvik - Bergen
Enjoy a scenic tour along the Hardanger Fjord to Bergen. Your afternoon tour of Bergen includes the Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour and a funicular ride up Mt Floien for magnificent views of the city and fjords. (BD)
Day 4 Bergen - Flam - Balestrand
Travel to Voss and descend the Naeroy Valley to the fjord side village of Flam. Board your train for an exhilarating ride on the Flam Railway to Myrdal - one of the world's most spectacular rail journeys. Return to Flam and enjoy a breathtaking cruise along the narrow Aurlands and Naeroy Fjords. Continue from Gudvangen to Vangsnes by coach for the ferry crossing to Balestrand. (BD)
Day 5 Balestrand
Spend the day at leisure in historic Balestrand. We recommend a walking tour of the village or a trip to the aquarium and art gallery.
Day 6 Balestrand - Geiranger
Take a scenic drive under the Jostedal Glacier to the village of Skei. Descend to the beautiful Nord Fjord, making a detour at Olden to visit the world-famous Briksdal Glacier. Continue to the picturesque village of Hellesylt for cruise along the majestic Geiranger Fjord. (BLD)
Day 7 Geiranger - Oslo
Experience some amazing views of the fjord from the famous Serpentine Road before crossing the rugged Grotli Mountains to Lom. Continue to Lake Vaga and descend through the magnificent Gudbrands Valley to Lillehammer. After lunch, continue along Lake Mjosa, Norway's largest lake, before arriving in Oslo. (BLD)
Day 8 Oslo
Your tour ends after breakfast with a transfer to the airport. (B)
